With more than twenty years of expertise in legal reform and access to justice, Dr. Rajendra Ghimire is an advocate,legal scholar and ADR specialist. As the first Chief Attorney of Gandaki Province, expert member of the Supreme Court’s Mediation Committee for the strategic Plan of Mediation, Senior partner and Chairperson of Sunshine Legal Service Pvt. Ltd, he has played a pivotal role in establishing ADR framework. Dr. Ghimire continues to support inclusive community based dispute resolution in Nepal and has collaborated on justice reform projects with UNDP,FAO and USAID.
