Mr. Madhab Raj Ghimire is an accomplished legal expert with over two decades of experience in infrastructure law, water and energy regulation, environmental governance, and public–private partnerships (PPP). Mr. Ghimire has served as a Legal and Regulatory Consultant for numerous national and international institutions, including UNICEF, ADB, World Bank, British Embassy Kathmandu, and the Town Development Fund. His work encompasses drafting laws, regulatory reform, FDI facilitation, PPP frameworks, and advising on environmental and infrastructure projects in Nepal and South Asia and has been serving as an arbitrator with expertise in adjudicating complex commercial disputes.
